MEET THE CHEF
I developed my passion for food at a young age, so eager to learn, so eager to create. With the support and guidance from my family and friends, I began this culinary journey. Once I chose my path, I knew that cooking was the right choice for me.
Originally from Baltimore, MD, I studied culinary arts at the French Culinary Institute in New York City finding my own unique style and flair for food. After graduating, I continued building my skills in Miami Beach as a Sous Chef under the direction of Executive Chef Todd Erickson at Haven South Beach. While there, I had the priviledge to work many exclusive events, such as, South Beach Wine and Food Festival, Art Basel, Miami Film Festival and many more.
As I continue my career, I want spread my joy of food to others. There is so much to learn, so much to teach, so much to taste! There is no better satisfaction than good food, and I just want to be the one that cooks you good food.
